1-1 Mindfulness

Some people may find it difficult to attend a weekly class, or may prefer to avail of mindfulness training on an individual basis. With 1-1 mindfulness sessions you can follow the programme of the 5-week introductory course or the 8-week MBSR programme or the mindfulness training can be tailored to suit your needs. These sessions may be arranged on a face-to-face basis or by Skype and may be arranged at an agreed time that works for you and the facilitator.
