5-WEEK INTRODUCTION TO MINDFULNESS COURSE
This 5-week course is a gentle introduction to mindfulness. Participants will be guided in a range of different mindfulness practices with the opportunity to continue to practice these at home.
The course also provides an understanding of what mindfulness is and how it may help to support and enhance wellbeing. It is a good starting point if you are new to mindfulness and would like to experience what it may have to offer. Classes are one and a half hours long, and course participants will receive a CD of guided mindfulness practices.
