MONTHLY ONLINE MINDFULNESS PRACTICE

Each month Deborah offers an online mindfulness session, which people can join from their own home.  Each live session includes  some guided mindfulness practice and also some discussion and  reflection on how we can live more mindfully.

The sessions are offered via the easy to use Zoom platform. Zoom is web-based so does not require any software to be downloaded but it does require a computer with speakers or headphones and a reasonable internet connection to stream live video and ideally a camera and microphone.

Some familiarity with mindfulness practice is helpful for participating in this group.

Time 7pm -8pm
