Each month I offer two live online mindfulness sessions, which people can join from the comfort of their own home. Some familiarity with mindfulness practice is helpful for participating in this group.

The sessions are offered via the easy to use Zoom platform. Zoom is web-based so does not require any software to be downloaded but it does require a computer with speakers or headphones and a reasonable internet connection to stream live video and ideally a camera and microphone.
